I tried a lot of Exercise and Meditation it takes a time
But One thing that you can do wherever you want
Mediation is not about to control your thought it is about to know your thought from where it is started means in two words
Self-actualization and Self Realization
So, what to DO?
Do Simple thing which you are doing every moment of your life But You are Doing with without awareness But Do it with your awareness
Try to Concentrate on your own breathing !!
when you concentrate on your breathing you observe your breathing is slowly slow down and you feel relax and you observe your unusual thought is slowly stopped
it is happening because when you start thinking on the same topic again then it’s lead to overthinking and other tension etc..Becuase your whole concentration in only one thought So, it’s obvious it increases your overthinking and tension
But Just opposite you start Doing Breathing Excersie it’s slow down your thought because Now you concentrate on your breathing
Universal Truth:-“Where concentration goes things grow.”
You can do when you feel
- tired
Overthinking- tension
- Irritation
- hypertension
- Frustration etc
or Best Practice is in morning Time.
