Control of Human Behavior: Control is a foreseeing action whereas earlier concept of control was used only when errors were detected. control in management means setting standards, measuring actual performance and taking corrective action. Here controlling is related to human behavior. when in an organization human behavior is not seen good then managers make a decision about this. mangers take a new role and regulation, policies of the organization.
