There are two main ways to hide apps on your iPhone, and neither method truly "hides" them in the strictest sense. They will still be accessible through the App Library and search functions, but they will be removed from your home screen. 

Here's how to do it:

Hide individual apps:

Step 1. Find the app you want to hide: Locate the app icon on your home screen.

Step 2. Tap and hold the app icon: This will enter "jiggle mode" where all the app icons start shaking.

Step 3. Select "Remove App" from the menu: A small menu will pop up. Tap "Remove App".

Step 4. Choose "Remove from Home Screen": Two options will appear: "Delete App" and "Remove from Home Screen". Choose the latter to hide the app without deleting it entirely.

Hide an entire page of apps:

Step 1. Enter "jiggle mode": Press and hold on an empty area of your home screen until all the app icons start shaking.

Step 2. Tap the dots at the bottom of the screen: This will show a preview of all your home screen pages.

Step 3. Uncheck the page you want to hide: Tap the checkmark below the page you want to hide so that the checkmark disappears.

Step 4. Tap "Done" in the top-right corner: This will save your changes and hide the selected page.

Remember, these methods only hide apps from your home screen. You can still access them through the App Library (swipe right on your home screen past the last page of apps) or by searching for them using the search bar.
